Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow us 2-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) to process and fulfill your order after it has been placed.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Once fulfilled and packaged, all items are shipped via UPS Ground. Your item will shipped to arrive to the address provided within 2-5 business days after processing is complete. You will receive a confirmation with shipping details when processing is complete.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package has been confirmed via UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with UPS as we are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages.
